Murals
This section contains a selection of murals I've done recently: indoor, outdoor, walls and ceilings. Click on each thumbnail image to view larger photographs in more detail.
The first mural above provided an interesting problem. It was to be painted on a stucco/block privacy wall as a backdrop for a swimming pool. There was a rock waterfall structure standing at the juncture of the two 14-ft high walls. Problem -- bring the waterfall into the painted scene by mixing the real with the illusion. The result transformed the exterior space, a rather ordinary patio with in-ground pool, into a fantasy of marsh woodlands and sea shore. I have since extended the marsh scene slightly and added several wetland birds typical of Georgia.

photos were of uneven quality and they did not scan well, yet they indicate, well enough,
work I have done.
